Our next scheduled payout due in 10 days time was estimated to be £16,500 but the next day it dropped down to £600 but our balance remains at over £17,000. This doesn't make sense and has not happened before, has anyone had this issue and know why this would happen?

Thanks for your post. I recommend clicking Transactions in the top right corner of your payout page for a more detailed view of your pending payout charges. I also recommend checking your email and clicking the bell icon at the top of your admin to see if there are any messages from our team about your payouts.
If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us through the Help Center. Simply enter the details of your issue into the chat assistant and click I still need help to be connected with a Support Advisor. From there we'll take a closer look at your payouts!

I’ve raised that for the last few weeks, my payout figure does not match my balance figure. They always used to match and I’ve had no response as to why they are now different.

Since we are unable to access any store or account-specific information from the Community forums, we are unable to look into this further. In this case, it would be best to speak with our live support about this situation by navigating to the Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
