Etsy integration with Marketplace Connect Troubleshooting

I need help integrating my shopify store with my Etsy store. I'm using the Marketplace Connect App. On my Etsy store I have Printify as my production partner. But when I'm linking my products to Etsy, I get an error on the Marketplace Connect App that says :

• There was a problem with /marketplace : Oh dear, you cannot sell this item on Etsy.

Now all my items are frozen and I get them listed. How do I fix this?
