Even if I incurred chrgs the advertised promotional deal says the price is $1.00 FOR EACH MONTH OF THE FIRST THREE MONTHS on new accounts, so it's incorrect right there to charge me $57.12!
However, I did not request any of this and charging me any amount, including $3.00 plus applicable taxes let alone the sum of $57.12 equates to fraud and I demand expeditiously & forthwith that any or all charges from "Shopify" be removed and refunded, also, please stop attempting to withdrawal $190.40 in addition to already defrauding $57.12 of which, again, must be returned to said bank account immediately, our Financial Institution informed us of the withdrawal for $57.12 which again, will be considered fraud by the Institution should our monies not be returned immediately & we thank-you for doing so in a timely manner as this service has never and never will be used.
Please confirm the amount of $57.12 has been returned to the bank account in which is was taken from.
We thank-you again for your professional & prompt decisive action in returning our funds and cancelling anything to do with a "Shopify" account as this "account" is not wanted now, then, or going forward into the future.

This email is under advisement of our legal department and despite this issue we believe this will be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties as we do not want a squabble of such a small amount to cloud us from what's important, our clients, our business and being successful in all that both parties strive to achieve.
