Excluding products from cart discount on POS

Hi. My store has "Members" who automatically get 15% off most items. However, there are a handful of items in my store that are non-discountable.

During checkout, once staff confirms the customer is a member, they add the "Member Discount" to the cart. How can I automatically exclude these products from the cart discount? So everything in the cart gets 15% off unless it is one of the pre-determined non-discountable items.
