Excluding Tagged Customers from Shopify Email

Hello,

We would like to set up automated emails with Shopify Email to send to retail customers who have not purchased in a certain number of days and offer a discount. We also have wholesale facing side of our site and would like to exclude these customers from receiving these automations, how would we do that? Our wholesale customers are tagged as such. Is this a function in the Shopify Email app?
