Can anybody share there experiences when it comes to outsourcing customer support? My current Customer Service rep is going on maternity leave at the end of the month and need at least 1-2 people to step in quickly. Does anybody have any experience/recomendations around a reliable team?
Highly recommend working with TalentPop.co I've been working with them for a little bit over 2 years now and they're excellent. They hired and trained all 3 of my customer service reps and even got me onboarded into a new helpdesk Gorgias. Previously I was handling in house, and support was just getting too expensive.
Hey Andrew,

They're scalable customer service partners that have a lot of experience with Shopify.
I’ve been in a similar situation last year when our CS manager took unexpected leave. We ended up outsourcing to a small team overseas. What really helped was giving them detailed scripts and FAQs up front.
I’ve also worked with a team from CLICKVISIONBPO more recently for a different project, and they were surprisingly solid: quick onboarding and decent English. Not just for insurance, they adapt pretty well depending on the niche. Worth checking out if you’re in a pinch and need people who can hit the ground running.
