Experienced Shopify Account Manager Needed.

We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy individual or agency to help manage our Shopify account effectively. Our goal is to ensure smooth operations, compliance with Shopify's policies, and to address any account-related issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

1. Document Management: Assist in providing and organizing the required documents for verification purposes, as needed.

2. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any account-related issues, including payment concerns, verification requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Shopify accounts.
• Knowledge of Shopify policies and guidelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining account security and compliance.

Compensation:

We are prepared to offer competitive compensation in the range of €2K to €4K per month, depending on the level of service and expertise provided.
