Experiencing extended Trendsi shipping times?

Is anyone else having extended shipping problems with Trendsi? I have a customer who ordered on January 21st and as of today, February 13th has not received her merchandise. Also ordered on January 31st, and there’s only overseas tracking in another language available. When I contact Trendsi, they just say it’s on its way.
