I've been having technical problems for 3 days now, in my store, whenever I talk to someone via chat, they ask me several meaningless questions, implying that I'm talking to a bot, and they don't resolve the situation, they say they don't know what what this is about. How can someone not know if it is something inside the platform?
It seems like the agents have never worked at Shopify and don't know anything?
