I used Shopify to set up a domain for my business. I use the domain for my company email address. In February, I closed the Shopify store associated with the domain, but the domain was still active. The domain just expired and I need to renew it. However, I cannot login to Shopify to do so because it is sending a code to my company email which no longer works due to the domain being expired. Please help.
@kkillion Hey To regain access, contact Shopify Support directly and explain the situation. They can verify your identity through other methods and help renew the domain. Once the domain is active, your email should work again, allowing you to log in
I've tried to contact Shopify Support thru their chatbot, but it won't allow me to get in touch with them. How do I contact them directly?
