Hi, I noticed that when I export bundled products created with the Shopify bundle app and import them to another store, they are not created as bundles but as simple products. Shouldn't the import create bundled products?

Hi there, @alex411. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your question around importing and exporting bundles made with Shopify Bundles. My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you!
Digging into some internal resources here, currently it doesn't appear that it's possible to import, export, or bulk edit bundles. This limitation would explain why, when you do create a product export that has information from products created with bundles, the products aren't being imported into this new store environment as bundles.
If you feel that this functionality is something that you and other users would benefit from, then I'm happy to pass along some feedback internally on your behalf! I can't say what the outcome of sharing this feedback will be, but I'm happy to pass it along for you so that this feature can be considered for a future update.

@Imogen, that would be awesome of you. I have just encountered the same problem. I am using 2 stores (separate B2B and B2C). The lack of a possibility to export products and product bundles to another store seems really annoying. In my case, there are not that many bundles - about 40. I can imagine that stores with thousands and more bundles may be impossible to work with.
Hi, @MariusStern.
Thank you for the update. I can definitely see how that would be beneficial. I will make sure to pass this feedback along for review.

My new Shopify plus store has over 1600 products that need to be imported as bundles. A lot of the bundles have over 20 products in them, and it is especially hard to bring the products in as bundles because there are over 30 metafields.
@Imogen Bulk editing and publishing Shopify Bundles to Google Merchant Center are must have's! Please put them on the development agenda, thanks!
I would also agree with the comments. Being able to export/import bundles would be ideal. Also for companies like the one I work on where we are trying to keep our Production and Dev store on the same level, information wise.
We definitely need to be able to bulk edit, import, and export bundles - a.k.a. Build of Materials (BOM), Kits, or Assemblies in some systems.
For a while I was using Bundles.app - after using it for a bit, I realized that I wasn't using their additional features, so I started to move to Bundle. In Bundles.app, you create a item and an item that will be a bundle, then link them. Because Bundle starts with the link and then creates an item, I have to go through one by one and recreate every bundle item, copying over every field.
