Hey @Airidas1!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Facebook account. Here are a few tips that may help you resolve the issue:

  • Review Facebook's advertising policies: Make sure that your ads comply with Facebook's advertising policies. If you violate their policies, it can result in your account being restricted or banned.
  • Appeal the decision: If your account has been restricted, you can appeal the decision. To do this, you'll need to provide Facebook with additional information that proves you're not violating their policies. Facebook typically responds to appeals within a few days.
  • Contact Facebook support: If you've tried appealing the decision and still can't resolve the issue, you can contact Facebook support for assistance. You can do this by filling out a support request form or by reaching out to their support team on Twitter.
  • Start fresh: If all else fails, you may need to create a new Facebook account and start from scratch. This can be frustrating, but it may be your only option if your current account has been permanently restricted.

It's also worth noting that Facebook is known to be strict when it comes to advertising policies, so it's important to make sure that you're following their guidelines closely. If you're unsure about anything, it's always a good idea to double-check before launching your ad campaign.

The same thing just happened to me. As soon as I connected my Shopify store I got restricted. Did you find a solution?

I was able to fix this error by downloading the Meta Ads app. I then logged in with my Facebook account that I wanted to use. It told me I was restricted and needed to confirm my identity. Had to upload a picture of myself to verify my identity. It was resolved in 5-10 minutes. I was then able to link it in shopify and begin to use it. Hope that helps!
