Facebook and Instagram channel rejecting product

Hello,

I am working for a client who owns a pre-workout gym supplement brand.

The main product is being rejected for medical and healthcare violations.

However, the exact same product (limited edition version) has the same tags, description and name and isn't being rejected.

how can we fix this issue?

Thanks for posting to the Community Forums. I hope you're well!

While I would to be able to provide some insight here, we  currently aren't provided insight into these decisions made by Meta. It appears based off the screenshot that the issue is the image. While it's had to make out the limited edition's image, (it actually looks like a type of book) the Crystal Pump image is very clearly a health product which goes against Meta's Commerce Policy. 

I suspect that once they realize the product that was allowed through is a health product, it will also be denied.
