Hello everyone,

Our facebook e-commerce account is restricted. It's been like this for over a year. We have tried to reach out to facebook in every way possible but we just don't know what to do anymore. This account has our facebook page so we can't disconnect it and connect the page to a new account. Please help and advise, we have done everything we could think off in the last year.

Since your Facebook page is linked to the restricted account and cannot be unlinked, the first step is to visit the Account Quality dashboard within Meta Business Manager to view the precise reason for the restriction and if there is a "Request Review" option. If you’ve already appealed multiple times without success, it might be worth creating a new personal Facebook profile and Business Manager account, then requesting to migrate your existing page to the new account—though this can be tricky and may require Meta’s approval. Alternatively, consider reaching out to Shopify Support for guidance, as they often have resources or contacts to escalate issues with Facebook integration. If nothing else is going according to plan, a Shopify Expert or an online marketing expert familiar with Meta policies can be helpful, so don't panic, call upon a professional for help!
