I recently connected my Shopify to my instagram and facebook shops. All of my shopify products show as approved but in my meta commerce manager, it says my products are not visible. When i go to each product on shopify it shows that it is visible on my facebook and instagram shop. I contacted Meta but they cannot figure it out from their end. Can someone help please?

If you're experiencing issues with your products not being visible in Meta's Commerce Manager despite being approved in Shopify and visible on your Facebook and Instagram shops, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Double-check product visibility settings: Confirm that the products in question are set to be visible on both Facebook and Instagram within your Shopify admin. Go to the individual product listings and ensure that the "Visible" option is enabled for both sales channels.

  2. Sync your products again: Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration between Shopify and your Facebook and Instagram shops. This can trigger a fresh sync and update any potential data discrepancies.

  3. Check for any errors or warnings: Review your Facebook Business Manager and Instagram accounts for any error messages or warnings related to product visibility. These platforms may provide additional insights into the issue or suggest possible resolutions.

  4. Clear cache and refresh: Clear the cache on your browser or try accessing the Meta Commerce Manager using a different browser or device. Sometimes, cached data or browser-related issues can interfere with the display of information.

  5. Verify Facebook and Instagram permissions: Ensure that the appropriate permissions are granted to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Check that you have the necessary admin access and permissions to manage products and shops.

  6. Reach out to Shopify Support: If the issue persists, it's recommended to contact Shopify Support directly. They have access to your account details and can assist you with troubleshooting the integration and identifying any potential issues.

By following these steps and leveraging the support of both Meta and Shopify, you should be able to resolve the problem and have your products properly visible in the Meta Commerce Manager.

To disconnect your Shopify store from Facebook and Instagram, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
  2. From the Shopify admin dashboard, click on the "Sales Channels" tab.
  3. In the Sales Channels section, you will find the "Facebook" and "Instagram" options. Click on the channel you want to disconnect.
  4. On the channel's settings page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the "Disconnect Account" button.
  5. Confirm the disconnection by clicking on the "Disconnect" button in the pop-up window.

By following these steps, you will disconnect your Shopify store from the selected social media channels. Keep in mind that disconnecting the accounts will remove the integration between your store and the social media platforms, and you will no longer be able to manage your products or sales through those channels.

I also am having the same problem, I went to disconnect and reconnect and it only let me disconnect my Instagram and not the Facebook since it is the main account. It looks like it worked for my Instagram Shop, but not my Facebook Shop.

I am experiencing the same problem. Facebook tech support keeps telling me that the SHOP items are listed on my Facebook business page. However they are not visible when we are logged in or when we log in with a private Facebook account. The technicians at Facebook continue to request screenshots, videos, etc. Then refuse to help and close the case. There are several error codes on my Meta admin. explaining that the catalog is hidden because I have no active products. I have shared these error code screenshots with the Facebook techs but they keep reassuring me that we have active items and that they can see them.

I’m also having the same problem. All say they are synced and everything looks correct in Shopify app. Most show on Instagram but a whole batch are missing and I can’t see any reason for it. It’s really causing me problems
