My Instagram was integrated with my shopify perfectly fine, about a week ago i notice that the shop for me has gone away on my Instagram, upon checking shopify removed it and wanted me to connect my Facebook through shopify and verify myself, they wanted documents proving my LLC, i did upload documents but i got denied, i went to re upload more documents, and i was getting an error message, i reloaded the page and now i have NO way to even connect my Facebook. there is no option to upload my documents or anything. i reached out to support and of course they had no answers and told me they did a "reset" and in 24 hours i will be able to try again, i have not been given any help, they tell me its a Facebook issue, but its 10000% Shopify issue, because the issue is coming from when im on my shopify page. they tell me to reach out to meta business, HOWEVER i have to connect my Instagram in order to even reach out to them but i get a error message every time. any suggestions? if i can't get this problem and them holding my pay-outs problem fixed by end of the week i will be closing my store. any suggestions on other places to go? shopify has been pretty bad to me recently.
