FACEBOOK SHOP STILL LINKED TO MY SHOPIFY

I HAVE CLOSED MY FACEBOOK PAGE BUT MY FACEBOOK SHOP STAYED OPEN AND IT IS STILL LINKED TO MY SHOPIFY STORE AND I CANNOT GET BACK IN TO MY FACEBOOK SINCE ITS DELETED AND I WANT TO OPEN A NEW SHOP AND LINK TO MY INSTAGRAM. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

What do you see when you open the Facebook & Instagram sales channel in your Shopify admin? Let me know if there's a specific error message when you try to disconnect the existing Facebook page or deactivate the Facebook Shop.

If you still have access to Commerce Manager, try logging in there to manage the shop and let me know if that works.
