Failed shopify Email Status Send but when clicking on, does not show reason

"I just launched my website and depend a lot on my email list. I have over 7,300 email subscribers, but the status of the email campaign says 'failed.' When I click on it, there’s no extra information explaining why. It also shows that only 981 people received the email. Can you help me figure out what went wrong and how to fix it
