I have set up an online store on shopify - it is live.
I have purchased product from Faire - I have used the functionality provided to upload product information into shopify from faire. I've updated this information once in shopify - ensure it is showing in a collection and set to active - but product is not showing up on the online store, why is this?

Hello, I am also experiencing this issue. Products that I have manually entered are showing up with no issues, however the ones using the Faire integration are not showing up. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
Was this solved? We've been having the same issue for over a month and Faire has not been helpful.
My integration was working fine until a week ago - I realized after receiving my order that nothing integrated over after delivery. I have go thru the process multiple times, it continues to time out and asks me to reach out to the Help Desk which of course was unhelpful.
