FB Shop Button

I have integrated my Shopify Shop with FB. To get to the shop button, a user needs to click "More" to see the button and then "Shop". I would like to default the page content to be the shop content and if not able, move the Shop button so it is always visible. Any ideas on how to best achieve this?

Hi, @ScottVickery! To clarify, are you speaking about a "Shop" button on your online store or a "Shop" button on Facebook? I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding so I can give you accurate advice.

Thank you for clarifying that! You're correct that this would be something managed on Facebook's end so I won't have more information about this myself. However, there may be others here in the Community with more information about this. While you're waiting for more responses here I'd also recommend reaching out to Facebook's support team using the 'Get Support' link within the Facebook & Instagram sales channel.
