All things Shopify and commerce
Currently GLS is giving me the lowest rates for domestic shipments in Canada. Unfortunately there appears to be no API connection between GLS and Shopify. The end result of this is that I am able to ship and and send a "shipped" notification to the customer, but after that, there are no updates in the backend regarding fulfillment.
The two big issues are:
- the "delivered" status for the order is never reached in shopify
- the customer never gets the "delivered" status updates.
I am sure there are other statuses that are a part of this that are not mentioned above (out for delivery etc.) but I am sure they are all wrapped up in the same API communication.
Is there a list or something that can be updated to make this a dev actionable item?
