FEEDBACK: new theme editor font size is way too small

Hi Shopify Team,

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the recent update to the theme editor font size. Currently, the font size is so small that it significantly impacts readability and usability. This is especially noticeable considering that many users were already dissatisfied with the previous update last year, where the font size was reduced, making it harder to work efficiently.

Numerous usability studies highlight the importance of accessible font sizes, with most suggesting a minimum font size of around 16px for readability on screens. Anything smaller tends to cause eye strain and negatively impacts the user experience. For instance, research by the Nielsen Norman Group indicates that 16px is a common minimum size preferred by users for body text, as it’s generally comfortable for reading without additional zooming or adjustments.

The current font size is now 12px, this is small even for me who I think have clear vision, I can't imagine what it feels like for an older person:

It would be greatly appreciated if Shopify could consider adjusting the theme editor font size to make it more user-friendly. A more accessible font size would help ensure that everyone can use the editor comfortably and efficiently.
