Fields in customer export different to expected

Doing a customer export today and the fields coming through have changed since the last time I did this - 
Changes below:

1) All address fields have the word ‘Default’ added
2) Missing the fields 'Province’  e.g Northern Territory and ‘Country’ e.g Australia [but still we have the fields for these parts of the address in abbreviated form e.g Default Address Province Code NT, Default Address Country Code AU] - used to have both the abbreviated form AND the spelled out word as separate fields.
3)  2x phone fields (Default Address Phone and Phone)

Does anyone know if this is a shopify-wide change and when it happened, and if it can be amended/tweaked?
My team says they have not changed any settings.

Sometimes exporting data directly through Shopify doesn't work as expected. If you are open to use a third-party App I can highly recommend our App DataChamp for this case. With our App you can easily create customized reports and schedule them also. The set up is also very simple but if you need some support don't hesitate to contact us! I hope I could help!
