All things Shopify and commerce
Hi, we frequently need to lookup / tag orders based on an email list.
For example, right now I have a list of 90 emails, each of which has an outstanding order. I need to be able to filter my orders list so that it only shows orders from those 90 emails.
We've checked some apps for this feature, but everything seems designed around creating customer segments with no way to get a list of orders for a certain segment. I know the order itself has an email field, so I'm not sure why I can't find this feature.
If you didn't finding in shopify. My suggestion would be export them in excel file And then extract them manually
It will roughly take an hour or so.
Hopefully it will resolve your issue
Hello 👋
A good consideration might be to use Shopify Flow to tag the orders based on a condition if the customer already in a segment that you've created.
This would work best with new orders (orders made after you've implemented a Shopify Flow solution). Just throwing out another possibility. I hope this helps 😊
Hi there,
If exporting the order data to a CSV/Excel file or Google Sheets could work as an alternative, our EZ Exporter app can help with this.
In the app, you can create a custom template where you can specify a comma-separated list of email addresses to filter by. You can then keep reusing this template for this specific report and automate it as well to be sent to an email address, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc.
Thanks for the replies everyone, we'll check out some of these apps and see what makes sense!
