The essence of the task is to find a Shopify app for our Shopify website that automatically sets links in blog articles to specific SEO keywords. The app should allow us to easily configure the desired keywords, enabling us to add or change the list of words to which links are set in the blog in the future. We don't think so, We checked SEO manager features list but we was not able to find they give this feature. The one which i have shared the link will solve your problem.
