Fixing Visual Stability and Color of the Top of my page

Hello Everybody,

I'll be honest with you, I'm setting up my first and I have somme issues I want to fix before starting advertising and fully launching the store.  First of all the Visual Stability is low to be exact it's 0.89, and I don't know how to fix it. Also I have trouble with changing the color of my Order Status, Orders, Profile pages. I want to change the colors for whole page to be consitent. Also I'd like to know whether it's possible to change the color above my page on Iphone. I'm uploading photos to show the problem. Please help.

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for your response. It's debutify theme, I got it from the course that I did called "Jordan's Library". The creator of this course is Jordan Bown, he showed in it how he built his page, etc. and gave away the personalized theme of his page. So I used it, and personalized it to my needs.
