Flow Infinite Scrolling (Pagination) code is not responding

Hi ,

We have two stores both of which are built using flow theme. We are using infinite scroll(pagination) but we are facing two problems with the technical SEO . 

First on scrolling page URL changes to page 2 URL(which is not recommended because of crawl budget and canonical version problem ) .

Second is page 1 url is canonical to the home page . I have tried the following code to pagination script . kindly help
