Fraud and scammers running a Shopify store

I hope there is someone that can assist. There is a person running a Shopify store in South Africa. store: www.mammyshop.co.za . they are scammers and have been since we was introduced to them in 2022. The owner of the store has scammed more then $2.5 million out of people in South Africa and she is paying the corrupt police in South Africa, not to get arrested. We have tried contacting Shopify to get the store down, but with no luck. 

We have a grout in South Africa costing of more then 63 people that has police cases open again the owner and for some reason, we just can not stop her. Is there any way we can get assistance from Shopify to get the site down? 

mommyshop.co.za is not an authorised apple reseller, nor does she have authorisation from Dyson, Samsung or Lego.

We just don't know what to do any more. Please can someone assist us in getting the site down.

Law enforcement was our first option. We have a total of 32 cases open against the owner of the site. She just uses the money that she scammed people out of to pay our corrupt police. That is why she is free to roam the streets. We need to get het site suspended to keep this from happening. I can supply you with all the Police case numbers so that you can inform your team to shut the site down if you like.
