Fraud Charges

The card I have linked to my Shopify Store and only use it for that keeps getting compromised.  It is only used to pay Shopify shipping charges and membership fee.  This is the second time in a few months that I have to cancel the card and get a new one.  Is anyone else having this problem and what can I do.
