Fraud website

I’m a customer- I can’t get help through the AI chat but I placed an order from muchic.com and the product I received were incorrect size and not as pictured at all. I want to return but the email address provided on their website keeps kicking back. The order confirmation I received is from a Shopify email address though.

The address that sent confirmation was: 

store+66878734513@t.shopifyemail.com

Site claims I should contact service@muchic.com but I get an email a day later that says the server is down. Please help!!

It looks domain registered with Godaddy. You can contact them about fraud

Sounds frustrating! Since the email is from Shopify, try contacting their support. Sites like https://fapello.org.uk/about/ often share tips for handling such issues.
