Someone created a fraudulent Shopify account using my email address and name. I have no need/want or desire to have a shopify account. However you have forced me to create an account using an alternative email address to report this problem. I am still receiving emails about the process of setting up the fraudulent account, and I have received no acknowledgement from anyone at Shopify that my issue is being addressed.
You don't have phone number of a chat function to talk to a humanoid just you AI driven assistant which is about as useful as pissing into the wind. I would like this issue resolved asap, I will not be held responsible for any fraudulent transactions processed on this fake account because of your companies lack of responsiveness.

If someone has created a fraudulent Shopify account using your details, it’s important to act quickly. You should also check your email settings and mark any communications from Shopify related to that account as spam to reduce unwanted messages. Keep an eye on your own accounts to ensure there are no unauthorized transactions.
