Free Shipping not displaying on Google Shopping Ads

Free Shipping not displaying on Google Shopping Ads.

I have 12 products that I want to offer free shipping.

I have added a custom shipping rate and the 12 products are setup for Free Shipping with the custom shipping rate. At checkout the Free shipping is working.

HOWEVER the Free shipping isnt displaying on Google Shopping Ads ?

Anyone know how to get this working ?
