Free shipping profile question

Hello, I have a shipping profile set up to offer free expedited shipping on certain products. The shipping profile works, but if they're is an item that is not a part of that shipping profile it takes the free shipping away. Is there a way to assign free expedited shipping to the whole order as long as an item from this shipping profile is in the cart?

Also, one of the products that qualifies for the free shipping profile is an upsell on other regular products. When this item is selected as an upsell it doesn't do the free shipping either. 

Both of those might have the same solution, but I figured I'd go ahead and put them both out there. Thank you in advance

@UncleZac , shipping profiles restrict free shipping strictly to products that are in the profile.

If you want more flexibility where you need the free shipping to be applied to products based on conditions, I suggest you try our app Discount Bot. Here's an example where you can set a 100% shipping discount (free) for specific products with a minimum criteria:

The discount applies in the cart because the product in the "Applies to" has 2 items in the cart.

For your example, you should be able to set the minimum quantity of items to '1' to achieve what you want.

If you're looking for a way to create a shipping discount that:

• Applies automatically
• Triggers when specific products are in the cart
• Discounts shipping for the whole cart
• Only applies to Expedited Shipping

Then you can try our app, Regios Automatic Discounts (4.9 stars, 43 reviews).

Here's a screenshot of how you could set your discount up:

"If shipping method contains "Expedited Shipping" and at least 1 product in collection XYZ is in the cart, then apply discount: 100% off"

You'll need to use the following conditions in our app:

• "Check if specific products are in the cart" (supports products, collections, and more)
• "Include/exclude shipping methods"
