All things Shopify and commerce
I offer free shipping on my entire site. The only way I can figure out how to make that happen is to manually add products to the free shipping profile as they are created. This can be a problem since my shop is open while I am doing this and people may be ordering at the same time. I have researched this and the shipping settings are not very user friendly, IMO. How do you work around this so that everything is automatically set to free shipping? Thanks in advance!
If you offer free shipping for all your products, you don't need to create a new shipping profile (free shipping profile) - you can use the default general shipping profile and set a free shipping rate for it. I think products are automatically set in the general shipping profile.
Hey @JustCats ,
If all your products offer free shipping, you can use a single shipping profile, which is called "General" by default. In this profile, add the free shipping rate for the relevant shipping zones. You can delete your other profiles, and the products will automatically be moved back to the General profile.
Hope this helps!
