My store has been frozen for over a month now & I’m wanting to pay my bill to reopen it. Does anybody know how I can do that? It won’t let me access the billing part of my store to pay it because it’s inactive. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.

If the link keeps redirecting to the home page, try opening the link in Chrome Incognito mode.

Hi there, @mct1979!

Thank you for your post, I'm happy to share some information with you.

We have a great help document which goes over everything you need to know about reopening your frozen store. I will include the steps here as well:

  1. Log in to your store as the store owner.

  2. Successfully pay the outstanding balance on your account. If you have multiple outstanding bills, then you're prompted to pay each invoice completely to reactivate your store. To download your bills, you can export your billing history.

  3. If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last bill was issued, then do the following:

    1. Pick a new plan.
    2. Pay for the upcoming subscription cycle.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
