. I have  closed both shops due to sheer frustration with trying to get hold of someone with questions. Shops were Kris’ Krafts Korner and Kris Krafts Korner that are now or should be closed(one of which by accident. I had made an annual payment of $425 for the basic plan and that has come off my Mastercard prior to it being compromised.

Please do not suggest the help/support link as that is the most frustrating system I have ever used. I am unable to log into Shopify as I have no recovery code or the authentication code

  • Social Media Outreach: Sometimes reaching out publicly on Twitter (for example, @ShopifyDevs or @ShopifySupport) can get a faster response. Explain your issue briefly and ask for help with account recovery.

  • Email Escalation: Look for any Shopify email addresses related to account or security issues (sometimes found in previous communications) and send a detailed email outlining your situation. Including screenshots and order/payment details may help them verify your identity.

  • Payment Dispute: If you feel the charge was unwarranted and you’re unable to recover the account, you might consider contacting your credit card provider to discuss a dispute or chargeback—especially if you can show you tried to close the shop and never accessed it again.
