Hello Community ! 
I have connected my store to Ali express using their DSers platform.
I got two orders on Saturday , both of them are shipped by seller and on Shopify the fulfillment status have not changed yet. I also have Tracking number to update . 
So what should i do ? Should i go for "Fulfill item "  or wait to see if the status updates automatically?

I m new to this . Kindly help me through it .

Hi @Abdul30,

 

I believe DSers should automatically update the fulfillment status within the Shopify admin, so at this point this should have been updated if indeed the orders have been shipped. I'd recommend reading through DSers' documentation on the fulfillment process and you can contact them directly if you have further questions. They have links to their support pages in the footer of the DSers website.
