I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. My store is fully branded with our own unique products and content, yet it’s being flagged for copyright violations and it is gonna be offline in 7 days. Despite reaching out to Shopify's legal team, I haven’t received any response or clarification.
Has anyone else faced something similar? How is it possible for a legitimate, branded store to get taken down without any communication or resolution from Shopify? Any advice on how to escalate this issue would be greatly appreciated.
