G|Translate system mails/notifications in German

Hi there,

We are just about to launch our English website using G|Translate since we really enjoy their live editor and the fact that apps and URLs can be translated. However, we now face an issue with the notifications/system mails, such as the order confirmation mail for the client. Although, we translated the system mails in the backend, once you order via en.havsund.com (our English website), the mails arrive in German instead of in English. 

Shopify now instructed us to connect our subdomain en.havsund.com to Shopify and then to follow further instructions. However, the CNAME record is already blocked by G|Translate, so we cannot enter en.havsund.com.

Has anyone else using G|Translate faced similar issues and how did you solve them so your customers received the system mails in the translated language?
