Generated Packing Slip revert to default themes even though the coding is not changed.

Hiya,

I'm having a problem regarding the generated packing slips.

I've Hi everyone, i already edited, and successfully previously, change the packing slip template and able to generate it.

But recently, my packing slip template reverted to default settings,

 

but when i check to the edit packing slip template, my previous code is still up there, and when i preview it, it still shown me the edited version.

Typically styling issues with your packing slip points to your packing slip template needing to be updated. However, this would be noted when you go to Settings > Shipping and delivery > Packing slips > Edit template, and it sounds like you've been to this page already, so we would need to see more information from your account to be able to help more.
