Good day all, I have spoken with Shopify support and they have suggest I share my issue here, any help would massively appreciated.
This is a message I have received from our language translation app: "At the moment, the Geolocation app is detecting the location of our servers that are located in France, that's why from all translated pages it shows that the user's location is French. However, it's not. Please contact them, so they can change the following: The currency app can detect the visitor's IP by X-Real-IP and X-GT-ClientIP request headers so they can identify the real IP of the visitor."
