Get shopify plan subscription status and billing details

Hello there, I am creating a custom app . I want to check  shopify plan's subscription status and billing cycle for that particular store and save the details into db. Apart from that I want to check store status so that we can store keep track of how long a store was active in shopify. is there any way to get these details.  I have  used shopify api , but it only provides store plan name . Is it possible to get these details with subscriptions api ?
