Getting Harassed with Falce DMCA - Trademark

Hello

so long story short, in july, and august, this person has submitted dmca 3 times, i counter, shopify makes me wait 14 days and then is like u can publish the content, the person doesn't file a suit (cause they cant since im not taking anything from them) and we move on, i had a lawyer send a cease and desist to them.

fast forward to a few days ago, they submit a trademark and now shopify wants to shut my product down, im getting a lawyer involved but i cant deal with waiting 10-14 days befoer i relaunch the product, was doing 25,000/day and this is really frustrating. this person is illegally shutting me down, what can be done??
