getting mail for theme unlicensed, and robots.txt issue from @gmail.com is it fake ?

I am getting this email which is ending by @gmail.com

in a respond i told them, i have licensed them, and purchase from envato element . and again getting revert back .

shopify team, kindly confirm back, is it fake or spam mail ?
or what should i do.....

This look like a not legit Shopify email. Though, to make sure and to report as well, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further verify the email notification for you.
