Getting Rid of White space on Concept theme

I am attaching a screenshot for your reference, this white gap is just occurring on the home page and not on product or collection page I have searched the entire YouTube but all it shows solution for WordPress and not a single video is there on shopify... anybody could help me will be really greatful to you.

Ps:- as visible in the picture you can see there's alot of gap on the right since Im able to minimize it on my phone.
