Getting tracking info to sync to Tik Tok shop

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the dispatch info (carrier, parcel tracking number) to upload from shopify to tik tok shop automatically. Our warehouse dispatches an order, and our shopify dashboard is updated with the dispatch notification and the tracking number of the package however this does not subsequently upload automatically to TikTok shop. Is there any settings that I need to change in order to make this happen? Or do I need a third-party app?

there is a list of carriers that allowed by tiktok shop. make sure you are using one of them.

That's not what they are asking. If we use seller shipping (which is easier for those of us who use 3rd party warehouse & shipping) our warehouse will update shipping info to shopify but it doesn't sync tracking to Tik Tok and we have to manually update. The worse thing I am facing right now is that the order number in Tik Tok doesn't match with Shopify order number so it's super confusing. Hope someone can help or advise here.

We also use a 3rd party warehouse and shipping and have also run into this problem. There's no way we can put man hours into manually updating tik tok shop orders with tracking info. There needs to be a solution for this.
