Gift card email

We sell Gift Cards for Beauty Treatments as part of our on line Beauty store. When a client buys a gift card they get a very ugly email (which often does not print well) with just the cost (eg £75) of the treatment, not what they actually chose (eg a Facial and back massage)

Can I get the email to say what the client selected, not the price? the attached screen dump will demonstrate.  I had to put a screen dump into xls ????????  shopify "support" is the worst of any software I have ever used, (ie non existent) so hoping this community can help.

@TheBeautySpa this is not something that is available in Shopify. That said, you can use a third-party app to make your emails look better. For example, my app iziGift does give you the ability to customize your gift cards and emails so they present better for your clients.

Also, if I understand correctly, the capability you are looking for is something that is coming soon within iziGift as well. Instead of having to send gift cards with an amount like is done today, your cleints will be able to send gift cards for specific products in your store.
