We have our gift cards currently integrated with retail express (maropost). They create the voucher fine and are integrated correctly. However when our customer is receiving the voucher after purchasing it online they are just receiving the voucher showing the last 4 digits and a button to shop online or view voucher balance. It does not give the customer the option to print of view the whole voucher code to allow them to use it online or in store. There is no way they are advised of the whole voucher so they can use it. 

I need help asap

It sounds like there's an issue with the way your gift card system through Retail Express (Maropost) is displaying the voucher information. Since customers are only seeing the last four digits of the voucher, you may need to adjust the gift card email template. Ensure that the full voucher code is included in the email and that there is a clear option to view or print the entire voucher for both online and in-store use.

I'd recommend checking your settings in Maropost or reaching out to their support for immediate assistance.
