To ship my products I have two different fulfilment centres - one in the US and one in Europe.
I want to give a staff member access to only the European orders so he can fulfil just those.
Is this possible?

Currently, we do not have separate staff permissions for only specific orders pertaining to a location. You could filter your orders via fulfillment location, making navigating and fulfilling orders in Europe easier. Your employee would still have access to the USA orders, but this way, they wouldn't need to dig through to find the orders fulfilled in Europe. I will happily provide this feature request to our team as I think it would be a very helpful feature to add to our platform.

That makes sense, but unfortunately won't work for me. I'm using different third-party logistics partners for different regions so from a privacy point of view I only want them to be able to see order relevant to them.

There's a remote tracking feature where your partners get a secret key assigned to an order to be able to update tracking without logging into your store. I'm the lead developer, if you need help give me a shout here or at orderautomator.com/contact.
By the way I checked out your site, cool idea! I was a bartender for many years and would have 100% loved to have these at the bar for fun engaging way to get people trying new drinks. You're probably already marketing to bars / bartenders but if not I would give that a go.

I'm looking for the exact same solution for a similar circumstance. The ability to assign specific orders and/or specific inventory locations, to specific staff/employees, within Shopify, using Shopify shipping. This would be ideal, not only for staff/employee order privacy and order relevance purposes but for staff/employee/location performance tracking.
The only way I've been able to accomplish assigning specific orders to staff is with 3rd party app Shipstation. For me, Shipstation doesn't offer any other unique or useful features that aren't already available within Shopify. Using Shipstation for this specific solution just adds more unnecessary cost, complexity, errors, carrier integrations, order sync issues, and order notification issues.
