GMC - Website Needs Improvement

I’m having difficulty with my website. Initially when I opened it, it was flagged by Google for “”misrepresentation. I was able to get through that suspension successfully pretty quickly and then approximately a week later I got a notice saying suspended for website needs improvement. Now I’m stuck in a never-ending hole of Review requests and repeated rejections without any idea of what is happening and what we’re doing wrong. www.harbor-supply.com
